@Blessing25637, dat u r taking it doesn't mk it rit ok, Pple does a lot of wrong tins and get away wit it. Eg' some women wil not go for antenatal and hv healthy babies, some hv home birth and loose dia baby,while some hv live babies. Grace differs'... But what is bad is bad' and what is good is proper' mind u ' dat it worked for u doesn't mk it safe. If u want to know abt caffeine in pregnancy pls Google it.... As is lengthy.

Lipton isnt safe in any stage of pregnancy...u can take milo but with moderation.
