30 Best Places For Mums To Work Campaign

The initiative was born out of a fervent need for an inclusive and mum-centric policy in the Nigerian workplace. The campaign nominations started on 5th December 2023, with nominations spiraling from existing and new organizations. Nominations ended on the 18th of January, 2024.

As part of our goal to raise awareness of family-friendly policies to support working parents, Babymigo hosted the CEO and Founder of Karen Ubani Clothings, Karen Ubani-Alli, in a live Instagram chat on 17th January to share her leadership insights and experience on organizational family-friendly policies and how to navigate them as a working mum.

Babymigo is ecstatic about the award ceremony to honour these 30 outstanding organisations, creating a seamless working environment for Nigerian mums. Learn more about the campaign here.
