When should I start using teething powder for my baby of 5 months old

My daughter is surrounded with lots of male children and she likes playing with them a lot but am not cool with it because of some things she learns.she's 2yrs 6mnths and am a busy mum.what can I do to stop her?

If your baby is teething, instead of teething powder, Use a clean finger (or cold teething ring) to gently rub your baby’s gum for about 2 minutes at a time. Many babies find this soothing, although they may protest at first.
