@Blessing, I dint give birth @35/36wks. Had my baby at my estimated EDD. I started taking the dates 4wks b4 my EDD

In addition walk around for like 30mins daily and take in lots of good fruits like oranges and carrots it helps easy and fast delivery.

Healthy diet is key! Reduce refined sugar and carb intake to prevent very big baby. Take Dates (3-5) also known as dabino from 4wks to your EDD I.e as from 35-36wks, its research proven to aid smooth delivery and prevent the need for induction. With God by my side it work for me.

Ewedu is okay if you can cook it with the root as herbs and den drink... Lipton is not too good my sister, ur body will dry and it doesn't guarantee your baby to be small...... i drank 2packet of Lipton during my second trimester and still delivered 4.28k.g... meaning that if your baby want to big it will big even if you are drinking garri everyday... but Stay away from soft drinks and too much of egg.

@Adebayo, so you could drink blended ewedu? Kaiiiii!!! I heard of rinsing the ewedu leaves and wash as if you are washing bitter leaves. Then drink the juice. As for the baby not to get too big. They say drink Lipton

wow! actually your question is often asked buh from my own point of view just eat healthy for the baby and for the delivery pray and eat healthy too Ewedu helps a lot especially when u blend and drink just like smoothy it worked for me actually. Drink it often especially towards delivery. God is with u enjoy the ride.
