Check with ur Dr ,don't think u need omiga H3 n Obron 6 will make u to consume more food. Go to pharmacy there are other prenatal drugs that are very similar to pregnantcare or better still u can use normal Hosp routine prenatal drugs.

It's not a must to use pregnacare,bodies n pregnancies are diff. If it doesn't work for you switch to something else. Same thing with me and I am doing well with another product. Eat well,drink lots of water,take lots of fruits and take another prenatal drugs.

@ Rosemary u are very correct...i became weak and drowsy few mins after i took it and ever since i bought dat drug ds d second time im using it and noticed same thing. Im ten weeks 5days gone and just started taking d drug cos i cant stand d smell of folic acid but with this effect on me dunno wat to do. If it has ds effect on me at night den it wont b good to take during the day as not to feel weak and drowsy in d office.

It doesn't make one weak maybe u are reacting to it, try to use it in d morning immediately after meal and if it continue u'll av to discontinue

It makes some ppl weak and drowsy like me and some others I know. You can take it at night if it has that effect on yih. Then you'll sleep it through
