Cacatin cream works wonders. My baby had same rashes. I used the cream and it cleared off

Dats seems like an infected rash,just check wt doctor to be sure. Don't use powder there.

Pls,don't over cover the baby and pls use shear butter with baby triobant mixed or shear butter with coconut oil. Stop baby lotion for now till 6months
