Yes body is defer but I will advice u to continue with d intake of warm water it helps a lot.

I used cs and I neva took warm water...I just didn't take cold one...and nothing happened to me, my tummy is back to normal.... But body defers tho

Please keep taking. My baby is 3months plus and I am still taking warm water. It will also help Ur tommy from bloating. Enjoy motherhood dear
