I have come to realise that cough nd catarrh really cant be treated with medications, they go on their own..but if the catarrh causes stuffy nostrils for ur baby, u could use Otrivine infant nasal drop nd also give vitamin C

My dear , when it comes to medication please see ur pediatrician.. Babies are not the same. What works for baby A may not work for baby B.

Neofylin is very good But a baby less Dan 3 months can't use it
