Similarly. if your menstrual cycle is 14 days, subtracting 14 days from it will make it 14days. So counting from the day your start to see your menstrual flow, the 14th day is your fertile day.

It's your fertile day because it coincide with your ovulation (I.e when the egg is released from your ovary).
