No. In fact its good to avoid it. Naturally, if your baby is not too big for ur opening, there's no need. Or if you dilate well enough. Its encouraged to do exercises or have sex to help u expand before then. The doctors also know how to prevent it and will assist. Also, Don't push till you are told to.
