Greetings mums, pls can someone throw more light on how to do steam inhalation for a 3 months baby. The posture you assume and the positioning of bucket ,also the duration.

Pls mum's and doctors in d house help a sister. I put to bed two weeks ago but the swell on my feet hasn't gone. In fact my ankles are so swollen at times I feel a little stiff on both feet. Don't know what to do cos I can't even wear shoe.
