I think making it by yourself is better. Someone on this platform shared the process of making it. But you can also know the original by the smell of the oil it has a strong smell of coconut

I suggest you forget about the cream for now coz in the first place it is probably the cause of the boil. The coconut oil and Shea butter is all you need baby skin is very sensitive.

Nooooo, the chemical combination will be too much and it may result to another thing, the best thing is use one either shear butter and coconut oil or ur normal baby cream but I think is d cream that is causing it.

Pls use coconut oil instead,even for the hair and Shea butter mixed with coconut oil as body cream
