Pls o mothers how can I lose weight am so big now from size 42 to 50 pls how can I reduce this fat and my baby is just three months old. If I don't do something it might get worse before I finish my six months EBF.

Good day mothers and docs in the house, my baby is two two months and two weeks. I saw my period on the 15th of last month am suppose to see it btw 12th and 13th of this month but it didn't come and I did pregnancy test with pt yesterday it showed negative. Pls can pt lie and what should I do? Thanks .

Good day mothers and docs, pls my 7wks old baby's nose was not cleared with catheter at birth and now she is always breathing as if she has catarrh and her breathing is not clear pls what can I do to clear it permanently cos am really worried. Thanks.
