how do u make ur pap. what n wht do u add in ur pap. wh infant formula do u use. also how frequent do u feed baby. also how frequent do u breast feed. we mums need to sit n ask some questions and check babies acceptance to food. u dont need to be worried weight gain is a gradual process.

@chiomzy, if your baby wants to be big when you give pap with purees he will be big but if not, there's no how you won't see the difference sha then it makes babies fresh

@daniellapearl, and ofoegbu pls I'm replying both of you so read from the top.Peas and green beans for 4-6mnths too, do same as above then always use the left over water you used in boiling into it when pureeing and for the peas after pureeing you can seive, make sure you make them smooth for the baby. You can add carrot, mango from 6months

What I do is after pureeing it I put the cup in hot water to make warm, then I read if you give banana today for example and you want apple next you give 4days interval to introduce new one. My baby loves it though and she can eat for Africa, we are 5 months

@daniellapearl, 4-6months, banana, apple, pear, avocado, sweet potato.for the banana, peel the one you want, cut to pieces a little then blend pls add water to make it thin but not watery o, add breastmilk or formula then you can serve warm, do same for avocado, for pear and apple, pear the back, dice it and boil to soften allow to cool then blend, you can do same for sweet potato or just use a fork to mash to smooth.
