@daniellapearl, my sister, I don't like exercises so my dance instructor Lawrence West formed those routines for me to loose weight. Plus my diet plan and post natal therapy. It works wonders if you are disciplined. I goofed so I'm punishing myself. Well the word is pushing actually

I didn't plan to do this. Its actually bcos my stomach was VERY from the first month to the end , and people were surprised it could come down so fast that I took the challenge. Its not a side picture so its not doing justice to my claim
