Yes that's sign of labour, go to hospital as soon as possible so they can check you. Once they check you, they will tell u if u are to stay or come back. Then try and engage urself in some exercise. It will really help at this stage. Success

It's a sign of labour, it's the mucus plug u saw meaning u are close to delivery.
