@dizzat, well dats true if u HV a very big baby dat may cause u to birth via cs then taking Lipton without milk and avoiding heavy carbohydrates does some good

Just take whatever u crave for but don't take it 2 much. U can add milk if u want except if u don't like milk. Like me I hardly take tea Dats my nature even when I was pregnant. I just take once in a while. Lipton is what I like. As long as u are eating well it shouldn't make ur baby small
