Tummy time is putting ur baby on his/her tummy ie lying ur baby on her tummy and it's advisable its not done when baby is full and u watch that child so baby dosnt choke

Just like Precious has advised, plenty of tummy time, place your baby on your chest when you recline. the both are the things that'd strengthen her muscles

OMG 14 weeks nd ur expecting her to keep straight? It could be 3 months or more don't be too in a haste allow her it will position when she is ready, keep doing tommy time for her , since she turns to both sides dats fine
