Truly, it could be adenoid tonsillitis oo especially if she is snoring see ur paediatrician

Pls see a paediatrician asap to evaluate her, it could be sleep apnea secondary to enlarge adenoid or other related respiratory issues. Dont waste time going to see ur doc pls
