You can blend with powder shrimps or egg yoke.....my twineey likes it with shrimp

Little quantity of the normal rice you eat at home, wash and cook, after 1O to 15 min change water and allow to cook very well until very soft and then blend..ensure to use enough water to enable you blend smoothly, scoop in baby's plate and add desire quantity of formula and feed ur baby

Prepares the pap yourself use only millet and guinea corn then buy peak baby milk not peak milk but peak baby for below one-year then when the baby is one u use peak milk. Then if u can as well prepare soya milk don't buy but prepare it yourself by the next one month u should testify
