Eat an Adequate diet (A balanced diet). With emphasy on Fresh fruits and vegetables, protein(fish, meat, egg, beans). Then take your daily supplements (folic acid, vit bco, and fesolate) as you might not be able to get the daily required amount from our staple foods.
