I boil them first with either milk( her formula), a dollop of butter or somtimes just water and after cooling down, i blend. Follow this woman, @mummysyum on IG. Her tips are wonderful. Eva since my baby started solids ve never bought any cereal for her. I homemake her foods.

And to poo easily. In btw wen feeding her with this purees, i burp her and feed her water again. After feeding, i feed her water again. I cant emphasis ow important water is to our babies. I personally dont encourage ribena& etc to babies until a year plus. Water is life. Moreso, if yu dnt give dem d sweet drinks for one day they will start throwing tantrums. Its better not to start somtin we cant handle later on. Give enough water & dont stop breastfeeding also. I hope this helps.

Sorry bout dat. Well am not a doc but a mum. This is my advice; first thing i feed my baby with(shez 6mnths, 2weeks)wen she wakes up is water. I mke sure she drinks dt water well to her and my own satisfaction. After few mins, i breastfeed her. After about 30min-45mins, i make her her food which cld be pap, rice pudding, porridge puree etc. Note; since dey dont ve teeth yet mke sure there foods are pureed almost to d point of liquid but not liquid. This hlps in easy digestion
