Please is it normal for a breastfeeding baby's stomach to be big? she is only 3 month and feeding on just Breastmilk.

Yes it is normal.. The tummy will go down with time, my son's tummy was so big at 2 months that we had to go for a scan but nothing was wrong and his tummy has gone down.. You can still see a pediatrician if you are not too comfortable
