Pls, don't use hot water on the leg ooo. Just pour cold water and apply Shea butter from time to time. Its happened to me and that was what I did. Buy surely, it will go down

In addition to always elevating it,please go to the hospital. I experienced the same and went to the hospital only to be told my blood pressure was high. Just check to rule that out. PS: elevation of d leg works
