D weight is ok, had my baby 6wks ago 4.6 kg witout episiotomt, but d 1st one 2.6 wit seriouse epi which i believe due to Łąck of experience on my side. Relax dear child birth is fun while d pains are normal and natural process.

Transverse position at 37weeks? When is your next scan? What did ur doctor say about d position(dts d main thg in ur post) Leave d weight at this stage. lipton is of little or no effect. Ur baby is almost full term already. Scan na plus or minus. Any which way ur pikin go come out. Ppl dey born 5kg by vagina. Just double episiotomy. Sm ppl hv 2.8kg, they will b gvn epi, 4kg-epi. So no P. u go dey alright jare. So what did ur doctor say about the transverse position? that's the main thing.

Don't be worried d Lord will do it, my sister in-law gave birth to 4.5kg without operation, just do more exercise like climbing staircase, drink Lipton and stop all starchy foods, don't drink milk and Milo, eat dates, d lord is ur strength and he will do it for u.
