Wen breast feeding try n put hand towel or soft cloth in dat area. It mostly caused by heat wen u place ur hands directly 2 breastfeed d sweat cuz d rashes

Try using BG cream on it

It was dere in my baby's neck too i only apply BG cream on it few times and it dry off
