Gud evening my people, pls I av similar issue with my 5 months baby, I notice wen he is sucking the stomach will be making noise and after few minutes he will poo most times after feeding, then he has facial rash, can it be teeth, he doesn't always suck too, dou he has not been sucking much right from time, he is on EBF, pls wats ur advice for me tanx

Sorry dear, give him the ors with zinc if he is weak and take to the hospital. Please note that teething does not cause pooing it an infection. You can Google

He is very active, his appetite for food is very low, but another problem is that he only eats when he likes probably when he is very hungry since this episode began.Thanks a great deal.

Give him ORS with zinc. Breastfeed him well especially after each episode of poo. Hope he's not weak. U can give PCM for d temp but if there's no differences within 24 hours, see ur doc again.
