i started immediately but u used salt to sterilize d flannel after which u wash u soak in hot water. after treating it allow to dry. in d morning u clean with warm water. every morning. i do dat wen my baby was of dat age after which i drop her multivitamin b4 we start our day.

Warm water and gauze too is good . I did not wait too .the gauze helps take off milk stuck on her tongue easily ,leaving her tongue very neat

I also did not wait.. Started cleaning immediately we got back from the hospital.. I used cotton wool with warm water don't think towel is good enough my observation though cos we eventually wash them with detergent and all kinds was advised to use cotton wool..

I actually didn't wait to start cleaning my baby's mouth immediately i we got back from the hospital I started using towel n warm water to clean his mouth with a pinch of salt.
