I don't believe that. Pls if you don't have light to refrigerate then make sure warm it well and open the pot a little. Are you sure the soup really gets sour? Av u asked someone else to help you test the soup?

My dear it happened to me n I started suspecting. 1. Warm soup very hot n scoup on fire. 2. Take soup away from around the gas or stove. If u don't n d gas or stove is in use d soup will sour. N Banga n okro soup cannot stand heat at all.

My sisters, am really baffled. Kitchen is ventilated. Just that we have not had NEPA light for some weeks. And after cooking I did the scooping on the fire, then opened it down for almost 5hrs before closing the pot. (I go carry prayer follow am), because I just wasted money.
