For u to feel pain while pumping d breast, it means d is there just dat d nipple is blunt, all u need do is to clean d nipple with warm water & hand towel, after that hubby should suck first with all energy he has & it will start flowing advance from doc wen I had my first child & am sure this is ur first child. Thou its sounds funny but it worked goodluck

@licia, pumping breast initially is painful, endure it. Pump milk and feed your baby. Don't keep the child hungry. The baby will become weak after 4days
