Good evening... Pls how do I heal crack on my nipple ...can't breast feed with the crack n an in serious pain.

Get nipple cream n use paracetamol to relief d pain

Use lanolin cream on it or vaseline it will heal in no time. Just keep breastfeeding and ensure your baby latches well

@iphygift, I agree with u ma. Its painful but ur baby mouth will heal it. Just bear the pain and watch it heal. Mine was so sore but its gone now

Keep feeding ur baby like that it will heal regardless the pain. Had it but mine healed in time.
