as for me I stop drinking it not quit long like last week then I also use the normal gadle like top but very tight and I bought 2 for800naira

I don't know the English name but they also use it in preparing pepper soup, it's long and black it has little seed inside. u can get it where they sell pepper soup spice then put it inside any container that has cover and put the hot inside.

U can use gedle , mine is 6 weeks and there's alot of improvement , I was using wrapper yo tie it b4 but am using gedle now and am also drinking hot wit root
