You can massage the breast with a soft cloth and warm water before breastfeeding den apply original ori on your nipple to keep it soft.

the more ur baby sucks, the nipple wil get tough and pains will stop. my baby is 3 months old nd i had same experience but now my nipple is hard nd no more pain.
