Hmm.....i had tears durin delivery too...unfortuantely,i listened to pple's advice by sittin on warm water,dettol,salt ...na so the stiches break down...i had to go for another suturing... i smell pepper oo. hope u were given Vit C and antibioti cs sha. Dont worry..it wil heal up

If your doc said u shouldn't sit in warm water, pls listen to him, dey know better than us and they know the reason why you should not sit in a warm water. Thank God other testified that there own healed fast without sitting in a warm water

Do d sit bath. Hot water, add enuf salt and dettol. Sit on it, let d vapour touch d tears. 30 mins. Day and night. When breastfeeding, sit on a wooden chair.it helps to heal d wound faster.

I was asked not to sit on hot water too cos of the suture dey used but was given antibiotics, vitC and some other drugs. I didn't feel pain at all and it healed within two weeks.

I had tear too, and I was asked not to sit on warm or hot water bcos of d type of suture the used to sew it, but d gave me ampiclox and paracetamol to heal the wound.

Congrats on your new baby. Sit on warm water not hot o add dettol for some minutes. U can use a potty
