If you have a zero tolerance for pain no try induction, I was induced laboured for 7 hrs dilation didn't pass 2cm, I was wheeled in for cs. God is your strength

Pitocin drip cost a little,buh d tablet insertion costs nothing. I think induction pains differs from person to person

My sister @ Poster,pls look fr other natural means of inducing labour abeg. dt pain ehn. Hmmm. maybe if u hv high pain threshold... u cn try it. In my case, I had reached 7cm, fully effaced n d dilation just hooked. They'd asked my hubby to go n buy sutures fr CS, all of a,sudden, I was 9cm, doctor decided to wait. D next thg I knew, they wheeled me to d delivery room. God will go before you and make everythg smooth fr u.

Loool. So how come with induction, I laboured for 27hours? I was first gvn misoprostol-d one under the tongue, 2 doses. 11am another dose 8pm. They fired me 1drip of pitocin 12noon the next day. Infct btw 12noon & 5:40pm when I gv birth, I had taken two complete drips of pitocin-The one they say its fr augumentation. I chop pain no b small. dt was at 41wks o.I've made up my mind, until 42weeks, I no dey go hospital again. i wept fr 2weeks after delivery anytim i remember. The pain was too crazy!

Agnes is right, if it doesn't work then C-section is the next option. I was induced three times but still underwent C-section. All the best.

There is no charges for induction provided it work ,u will just pay for normal delivery I guess. But if it doesn't work ....prepare for CS. Induction is very painful n d contraction is higher than that of normal labour. 7-10hours u r done

Intact I was induced this Saturday before I could give birth on Sunday. It's quite painful. But get ur mind ready that it's just for a short time. All d best.

Hmmmmmm......of a truth, its painful. I was induced but it did not work for me after going through that pain , I was wheeled into the theatre for emergency cs.

Well I don't know of the cost cus am under an HMO..But as for the pains...my dear I won't allow them induce me again oo..that stuff is crazy!
