You should start him on ORS, if he's not getting better in 24 hours, you should go to the hospital. However, you need to be careful about handling his food especially the spoons, plates and bottles. Hygiene is a major issue.

@inyang14019, thank you MA. I was thinking is teething too but it all started when he starts taking the cow & gate. The stool is green and has mucus. The two down teeth are out already don't know if is the up one that is making him stool like that

That could also be teething symptoms cos of the colour you mention. Try another formula and see the difference. I use My Boy and it's fine tho babies systems respond differently to these foods
