With Calcium and ferrous...(iron) Calcium is very crucial at dis early stage baby is forming and iron to help transport oxygen to baby and mom wont be Anemic. Bc mom nds more blood during baby making.

You can take folic acid only and every other medication must be prescribed by ur doctor
