What would I use to clean my son's mouth, after brushing his teeth and tongue? Later in the day his mouth still smell even in the morning ,it's worst

I believe in training him on how to do a thorough  cleaning.example I tell my 3years old boy what to do and I show him by telling him to do whatever I do.i telling to gaggle after washing, I tell  him to bring out his tongue which is so easy doing and after all will have a fresh breath.

Brush him or clean with a dedicated mouth towel twice daily with toothpaste for children if he is up to one and just water if not 1.

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap. Try to get a piece of clean white cotton or cloth and a glass of drinking water. Wrap the cotton or cloth around your finger and damp it with water. Gently put your finger inside your baby's mouth. Wipe the upper and then the lower gum and tongue gently. you can also buy baby brush and paste if your baby is one year and above
