This has worked for women who have tried it. 2 eggs, 2bananas, 1tsp of bicarbonate soda(get from pharmacy or baking shops) n 1cup of liquid milk. Blend all togeda to smooth n drink once a day after ur period. PLS NOTE ITS BAKING SODA OR BICARBONATE SODA NOT BAKING POWDER. They are different.
