No dear, dats d only way. Not evacuating it can cause bleeding or serious infection which might prevent future pregnancies. Pls follow ur doctor's advice and take ur medications afterwards. Then start taking folic acid tablet 1 daily. It helps prepares ur womb against d next pregnancy and once d baby implants, it helps prevent neural tube defects in babies. All d best!
