If u r preggy then its normal especially if u r still in d first trimester... Try so many foods so u can find the one ur body tolerates at this stage. For the dizziness try to avoid very hot baths, try not to lay on ur back when lying down, don't stand for too long, don't try to stand up immediately from a sitting or lying position and then eat to boost ur stamina plenty fruits and vegs
