Yes i think it depends on the body system...i heard it is not advisable to take pineapple during 1st trimester and 2nd trimester.

I kinda think sometimes its whether your body system accepts this fruits. Talking of pineapple, right from when I took in I have been taking that fruit. And I am in my late 20's week now. Went for scan and baby is doing very well.

ginger and pineapple....please do confirm before you take o....pineapple is only advisable at the third trimester o.... do verify well before taking
