How can I increase breast milk supply?

How can I increase breast milk supply? My breast milk production is grossly inadequate for my one month old son. This afternoon I nursed him for 1 and half hours after which I had to give him 120mls of formula which he finished immediately.

I have been taking pap, water, milk, fruits and vegetables, palm wine, almonds but no improvement.

Try to get Lactation cookies. Foods like pap and millet can also help. Good attachment will help a baby get more milk and make breastfeeding more comfortable.
