Pls how effective is blood test during pregnancy I have done a home test and it shows positive same as the blood test but am not spitting and de signs are not much so am confused

Is it spitting that make someone to be pregnant? Both test say positive and u are still confused bcos u are not spitting? Like me, I don't spit, don't vomit and no sickness. So please believe in dt pregnancy

I got no signs too during the early stage of my pregnancy, body differs dear u must not spit before u believe...

I had no sign of pregnancy to the extent I wanted to go for scan to be sure that the baby is still there. I was only lazy. As in kind of weak and dizzy during working hours.
