I'm not a fan of family planning pills or injection. I'll advice you go with Agnes advice to avoid unplanned pregnancy. The side effects of family planning does not stop at preventing pregnancies, at later part of life its usually tragic. Doctors and nurses will advice you go for it but many of them don't do it at all.

My dear how many kids do u have now? If is just 1 child don't go into family planing cos after d remover it work backward. You can discuss with ur hubby n chose d best method either withdrawal method or use of condom.Beside if u r not menstruating n u r breastfeeding u not likely to be pregnant .

You can start, the doctors advised that after 6 weeks of delivery your fertility has returned with or without menstruation. Do it now to avoid stories that touch, pregnancy should be by choice not by chance.
