Pls mummy and doc in the house, what if a baby has this hole on her forehead, the Yoruba's called it okah, what is the solution to it?

I heard from a medical practitioner that wat causes hole in babies head most times is dehydration.it's either mother isn't breast feeding adequately or for those not doing EBF,the mothers isn't giving enuf water n according to him,once a child is well hydrated,then d hole closes naturally without even noticing it..Please I need our doctors to throw more light on this cos I really don't no hw true it is.

Abeg,okah is not good o. Your baby won't even add weight. Wen it's in excess it kills sef.
