Normally, lochia(blood/discharge after delivery) last for 6 weeks. U should let ur midwife/doctor see it for assessment.

Ask from the hospital you are attending antenatal, they will give you a list of what to buy. This should have been settled a long time ago. Infact your bag should be parked by now waiting for you adorable. Considering your EDD, baby Can come anytime

The pain will resolve gradually, eat more of food high in fiber to prevent hard stool, take lots of water too, maintain good perineal hygiene to prevent d site from being infected cos infection will slow down d healing process, take fruits rich in vit C. All d best!

U need to give yourself time, ur uterus will return to its pre pregnancy state by 6 weeks. Than u can know d exact size of your tummy and start Working on it by doing some tummy exercises, reducing ur sugar and carbs intake, taking plenty of water and eating lots of vegetables.

U might need d help of a professional. They will help u detect ur reason(s) he's not sucking directly. Ur nipples will be checked, his sucking reflex will be assessed and positioning while trying to breastfeed him will be checked too and d problem will be solved accordingly.
