Good pm Doc, mum and Dieticians in the house. Pls my pregnancy is fully term (40weeks +0day) already according to the scan I did 2 days ago. Baby is 3.3kg. I want to maintain this weight. Currently I engaged in squatting, kelge, walking etc exercises. I don't eat after 6pm except drinking of water. Pls what else will do to maintain this weight.
