Good pm Doc, mum and Dieticians in the house. Pls my pregnancy is fully term (40weeks +0day) already according to the scan I did 2 days ago. Baby is 3.3kg. I want to maintain this weight. Currently I engaged in squatting, kelge, walking etc exercises. I don't eat after 6pm except drinking of water. Pls what else will do to maintain this weight. U have been doing well but pls dont starve ursef. Add more veggies to ur meals, eat small but frequent healthy meals, No to Sugar and Junks. But note that gene has its role to play too. All d best!
