Cool bath and air, they will soon clear....You can use the heat rash powder though not really recommended especially as they actually can block the sweat ducts. Key issue is to keep yourself and baby cool and avoid over covering in this hot humid Nigeria weather.
It appeared in my baby face too,I used Cacatin cream and it wks like magic,u may try it too.

However ensure hygienic practices especially when feeding, changing of diapers and bathing. You can use savlon liquid disinfectant and SEBAMED soap which is mild in babies skin.
