You will need to take your baby to the hospital as skin related issues can only be treated when seen by a dermatologist to ascertain cause and course of treatment.
You need to be sure they are heat rashes. If yes, just keep yourself and the baby cool. Cool bath and air, they will soon clear.
You can use baby tribotan for 7 days. If there's no improvement, You need to see a doctor for proper assessment

Cool bath and air, they will soon clear....You can use the heat rash powder though not really recommended especially as they actually can block the sweat ducts. Key issue is to keep yourself and baby cool and avoid over covering in this hot humid Nigeria weather.
It appeared in my baby face too,I used Cacatin cream and it wks like magic,u may try it too.

However ensure hygienic practices especially when feeding, changing of diapers and bathing. You can use savlon liquid disinfectant and SEBAMED soap which is mild in babies skin.
