My 4 months old baby have heat rashes on his body. Anything I can apply?

You can use the heat rash powder though not really recommended especially as they actually can block the sweat ducts. Key issue is to keep yourself and baby cool and avoid over covering in this hot humid nigeria weather

You need to be sure they are heat rashes. If yes, just keep yourself and the baby cool. Cool bath and air, they will soon clear.
